How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Is the market data real-time?+

Stock and ETF data may be delayed up to 15 minutes on the free plan. Pro subscribers receive near real-time data via Finnhub and Alpha Vantage.

How does the AI analysis work?+

We route requests through OpenRouter to access models including Claude, GPT-4, and others. The AI analyzes market conditions, news sentiment, and technical patterns to generate insights.

Can I get a refund?+

We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription or renewal if you have not made significant use of the platform. Contact us at worldmarketscope@proton.me.

How do I set up price alerts?+

Go to the Alerts page in your dashboard, enter the symbol, target price, and direction (above/below), then click Create Alert. You'll receive an email when the price is triggered.
