Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using World Market Scope ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

World Market Scope provides a financial market intelligence platform including real-time market data, AI-powered analysis, charting tools, price alerts, and portfolio tracking. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on World Market Scope constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content — including AI-generated analysis, market data, charts, and commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use another user's account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payments, partial billing periods, or unused portions of a subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of World Market Scope. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent. AI-generated outputs provided through the Service may be used for your personal or internal business purposes but may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Market Data

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on such data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Market Scope and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
